- Green Fleet is for new sailors with no regatta experience. Awards for Green fleet are for participation only.
- For non-Optimist fleets, vessel type is NOT Guaranteed
- Goal is to run five races and drop lowest score (best of 4 races)

Directions to Shark River
From the Parkway take exit 98 to Rt.138/195 East toward Belmar. Rt.138/195 will eventually ramp to Rt. 35 North. Get in the left lane. You will approach Shark River, which will be on the left. Look for the Marina parking lot immediately after the beach. A parking area will be designated for regatta parking. Boats may be launched from the beach, or wheeled to the dock entrance and carried to the dock.
Donations for the Friendship Cup Regatta are always needed.
Volunteers are are needed and always welcomed for any part of the program but especially for the regatta. Please contact us if you are interested in helping out!
